Ghost Story

I first noticed something about a week into my stay the room that had been the toy room reeked of smoke. Like someone was just chain smoking in the room. I thought it was weird but didn't think too much of it as his mom would smoke in the house sometimes. Then late at night I would walk to the opposite side of the trailer to go to the bathroom. One night as I was walking back to our room which was the built in room I was going to walk by the toy room when the toys began to go off and I felt off. It was the feeling of being watched and I couldn't shake it. I ran to our room and tried to rationalize it as their dog being in the toy room until I saw the dog in the bed looking at me. The next day I was talking to his mom in the living room and the ceiling fan started to slowly move. I asked if maybe she should just turn it off as it wasn't doing much good. She went completely pale and said it hadn't worked in years and the switch was in the off position. At that point I told her about the toy room and she proceeded to tell me years earlier her mother was found dead in the toy room as it used to be her room. 

I asked my boyfriend who confirmed she did in fact die in the room. So when I told her the stuff going on she didn't believe me. Until one night months later I was in the bathroom with my boyfriend while he showered. We walked out and all the cabinet doors were open. ALL of them even the child proof ones. My boyfriend said maybe it was his mom who got up and did it. 

We moved out months later and even after all the incidents no one wanted to believe anything was going on. Then I had my son who is now 2 and we visit regularly every weekend. He will sit in the toy room which now is more of a computer room with some toys in it as the other grandkids are much older. My son will wave and talk to the air in front of him. My boyfriend thinks it's just his imagination as he likes to make his toys talk to each other. Which talking for him is gibberish at this point but something doesn't sit right with me. He started putting his arms in the air like he wanted to be picked up then gets angry and says no over and over. My niece told me she has times where the door to the playroom will open randomly while she is playing online at night. My boyfriends mom said she witnessed it. 

Do you guys think this is a ghost? I think it is, but I don't know for sure it's her mom's ghost. People I tell this to don't believe me but it all happened. I need to get video proof so I am going to be trying to get footage when we visit this weekend. Hopefully I get something good. It's hit or miss.
