I've been into Austere's album To Lay like Old Ashes a lot lately. 

Oh hey a great thread for me. I listen to so much doom and black metal, and I'm getting into DSBM. Here's what I usually recommend to people!

Doom metal:

• Mizmor (blackened doom metal)
• Funeral (funeral doom metal. Long and slow and depressing)
• Chained to the Bottom of the Ocean (sludge metal. Aggressive and evil)
• Acid Bath (also sludge metal. violent and sadistic but also beautiful)

• Lust Hag (raw black metal. aggressive and harsh).
• Feminazgul (atmospheric black metal. beautiful).
• Hulder (atmospheric black metal. sounds vaguely medieval)

• Austere's To Lay Like Old Ashes
• Lifelover's Dekadens

Candlemass is one of my favorite Doom/Extreme Doom metal bands out there. They're sound is a little more quick then most doom metal but it's still really good imo!

They describe themselves semi-jokingly as "Financial Black Metal" and pick up a lot of the whole "wage slave, grind till you keel over"-theme, which to me is way more relatable and applicable then the whole misanthropic thing, which to me, after decades of black metal bands doing it, comes across more whiney than anything anymore.

and i also really like depresy, theyre death metal i think but its really atmospheric and very awesome

can't go wrong with any of the albums from Type-O Negative 
Personally, I think Slow, Deep & Hard is an underrated one but my favorite two are October Rust & Bloodykisses.

last cuts is super good, it’s blade and baths side project. and i also recommend a band called “begotten”. i have a playlist on my Spotify called “12:08” it’s full of different types of my favorite black metal. “endless black corridors” is my favorite song by last cuts.

Uhhh try MAXIMUM THE HORMONE if you like japanese metal music.

as a brazilian theres 2 bands from brazil i think everyone should listen to, thy light (dsbm) and velho (black metal)

Not sure if anyone has mentioned Jute Gyte's entire discography is nuts... Not entirely black metal, but a lot of black metal tracks, mixed with some ambient stuff, noise, and some overall experimental stuff I dunno how 2 even categorize. Some really good stuff ! ! ! ! !
