One of my favourite albums of all time has to be V Empire by Cradle of Filth, I think it has some of their best songs out of their entire discography and is an allround great black metal piece (or whatever genre you classify them as). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3m3PKYdhzzo
Some of my favourite industrial acts are: NIN, KMFDM, Rammstein, Skinny Puppy, Ministry, The Kovenant, and just a lot more honestly... I would probably make a paragraph or two if I could list my favourites.
I listen to a few bands from Australia such as The Presets, Cut Copy and Sirus. All 3 which are incredibly underrated.

my favourite album of all time has to be see this through and leave by the cooper temple clause. i honestly can't even describe how great it is.... my personal favourite on the album is murder song. :P

Everywhere At The End Of Time by The Caretaker is a beautiful album. If you haven't already heard of the album here's a brief rundown. It begins with slow oldies jazz with vinyl crack and slight distortion and skipping. As the album progresses through a number of "Stages" it gets more distorted. Listening to all six hours of the album in one sitting is meant to simulate the experience of dementia and your memories fading and becoming nearly unrecognizable. If you have the time, patience, and will to sit through six hours you won't regret it.

mother mother released an album a month ago called inside and it's probably my favorite thing they've made in 9 years X). eureka and the sticks are also very good albums by them aswell :). razzmatazz by iDKHOW is also very good imo

fishmonger by underscores is one of my favorite albums of all time. fav tracks are probably spoiled little brat, second hand embarrassment, bozo bozo bozo and your favorite sidekick, but the entire album is amazing

Pierce the Veil has been my all time favorite band since I was 7. I enjoy all their albums however their Misadventures album is probably my favorite. Here are my top picks from each album

I have a weirdly eclectic taste in music, but I collect any and all 80s new wave, post-punk, goth, and punk music, including the flexipop stuff. But I'd have to say my absolute favorite musician ever is David Bowie. I can listen to Diamond Dogs on an endless loop.
That is, until I get Quicksand stuck in my head, in which case it's time to pull out Hunky Dory.
Some other favorites are Futurepop, EBM, Industrial, and such. Been into Apoptygma Berzerk, VNV Nation, Aesthetic Perfection, Leaetherstrip and others for a good long time.

I've been really digging this album lately, DISCIPLINE by the garages.
To be honest I'm not really sure how to fully explain it, since the garages are a band whose musical output is mostly songs about this hard to explain online game named blaseball, but for me that is probably the appeal.

I’m really into the whole melodic hardcore sub genre of a bunch of genres.
Really been digging on some of the old emo that I knew growing up, and also searching for new music to listen to.
But my question… what really is “punk.” Because I can be found all over that genre.
