Women's post is a +1
Men's post is a -1
If you are gender neutral post the number in the direction that you see fit.
Women have to get to the number 1000
Men have to get to Zero
It's a race to your gender's goal.
Example: 1 post 499
Woman posts after me; the number goes up and she types 500
If a guy posts after me, he brings the number down 1 more to 498 and so on...
