In my opinion, the best tutorialists you can find on you tube are Ginger Cand-e, cybr.grl, VickyMuffins, and Mood Kandi. Beads are easy to find in stores which you already knew. Many people make grid designs online, you can use those for a idea. There are also tutorials and ideas on tiktok aswell.

Get cloth string instead of the clear ones, they'll last longer!

don’t use clear string!!!!! >< it doesn’t last super long and it’s very slippery, knots come apart super easily !!!!

Use FABRIC STRING!

It's way better! It's super stretchy,  and it won't dry rot.

Ok so as a Kandi kid, here are some tips

USE FABRIC COVERED STRETCH CORD. It helps with dry rot and is just more comfortable

For beads? Amazon is great, buy a pack with 2000 or more pre separated beads and a pack of pre separated letter beads

Tuts? You can find a lot of great ones on YT, I don't have the channel names sadly

Other tips. make sure you make everything tight when making kandi unless its a single or latter stitch, it can prevent gaps and stuff. Always tie knots at least 3 times, kandi can break and its not fun cleaning up beads.

If you have any other questions I'm hereeeeee!

for beads buy them in bulk. i bought a huge thing of pony beads like a year ago and there is still a ton of beads. yes it is expensive but it is worth it in the long haul. get some letter beads too. charms are not needed unless you realy want some. you can diy your own charms. also for string get the stretch magic cord and get some string glue to glue the knots together. trust the string glue is a must. also get some string clip things to clip the string on big prodjects so it dont unravel while your resting yeah.
