Hello! I just earned my medical scribe certificate so before too much longer that's what I'll be doing. I'm also studying to get a certificate in radiology, still undecided on which radiology field, but nonetheless excited. Anyone else have a huge passion for the medical field and wanna brag about there career and/or future career?

I’m an LPN working in additions/mental health. It’s not a high paying job but when a former patient sees me somewhere in public after they have completed treatment and they tell me they are staying substance free it makes the job worthwhile.

Cool seeing everyone's stories. I'm in year two of an Osteopathic Medicine program, and it's hard to see the end since the last two years have been all about studying, not seeing patients. This forum's replies gives me some hope, though. :)

My first job was as a Nurse Assistant, I am now going in a bit of a different direction, but still in the medical/healthcare field. I am in university/college studying Naturopathic Medicine, to be a Naturopath or as some may know it as a Naturopathic Doctor. I have always been in the healthcare industry and always knew I wanted to stay in the medical/healthcare industry. I thought I was going to further my studies and be a RN. But the natural side of medicine just appealed to me a little more :)

Oh my gosh, that is so exciting! I'm going to school to get my bachelor's right now with the hope that someday I can get to medical school and become an interventional radiologist. It's a long shot, but I think it's a really interesting field. As for now, I currently graduated from a phlebotomy program and received my certification!
