How and when did you discovered minecraft?
I discovered minecraft from tobuscus who was showed to me by my older brother in like 2010
What is your greatest experience on this game?
When I had logged onto a bed-wars server alone while live-streaming to like 1 or 2 viewers, this guy joins the stream and asks to join me and we exchange discords and get on call and played duos for about an hour. it was great.
Single or multiplayer ?
despite the image the last question might give you I play so much more single player than multiplayer, I have like 11k-ish hours in minecraft and at least 95% of that is single player.

My first time discovering minecraft was back in 2012, I was just scrolling  yt trying to find something to watch then I seen dantdm and thnxcya's dead prison, I remember getting hooked to watching dan from that video, I used to watch every video he released from there slowly getting into his mod videos and other playthroughs but what really stuck me onto minecraft is when i got on yt one day and saw minecraft was now on mobile devices, I never begged my father harder for something before but once I got it i was addicted, minecraft was all I could thing about playing it at school, on car trips, with my brother all the time. Good times

I found minecraft accidentally. there was another game i hyperfixated on when i was little called Cube World. I guess i googled it, and a minecraft video came up. i was never able to find that video again, but i remember that the person was in a minecart going inbetween two massive trees. i remember seeing it and thinking "i need this game. right now". i downloaded pocket edition on my ipad in 2013 and bought the java edition, which is the primary version i play nowadays, in 2016.

probably my favourite experience was in 2017. i had bought a minecraft realm for the pocket edition ("bedrock edition" i think it's called now), and all my friends were really active. we all had houses, a basic bartering trade system, farms, tree farms, a storage facility, bakery, butcher, and i ran a greengrocer with my sister. by the time we had trailed off playing daily, my greengrocer (i think it was called "the odd carrot" or soemthing) had swallowed up the butcher and was very close to obliterating the bakery because we had bought a majority of farmland and i was employing two of my friends to harvest crops and craft food for me. i think it was the one time i have ever let the capitalism brainrot really take over lmao

i LOVE multiplayer. i never understood how people do things on their own. half the fun i have is the sense of community and connection i feel working on building something with friends/family. although i do have a singleplayer world i occasionally work on when im going through a tough patch and cant deal with talking to people

i have spent nearly 1k hours playing the game just on bedrock alone, and ive extensively played the java edition, ps3 edition, 3ds version, xbox version, and switch version (before it was homogenized into bedrock) so anything im proud of is either long gone or lost. my favourite thing i built though when i was little was a hotel made of leaves (its as bad as it sounds). i remember getting excited when skins came to bedrock in like 1.7 or something because i could pretend to be a room service person lol

nowadays i tend to play modpacks but in saying that, i really only play Crucial 2 with a server with a few friends. (imo its the best modpack out there and is honestly a msterclass in modpack making)

ok byee!!!!

first discovered minecraft when i was probably abt 5 or 6 when some kid was talking abt it. i had no clue wth he was talking abt so i say, "whats minecraft?" he tells me all about it and right when i get home i beg for my grandparents to download it on my crappy family laptop. i also started watching various youtubers, popularmmos, the turtle guy that did roleplays, dantdm, ldshadowlady, etc. this then led me to have a phase where i needed to make videos. the videos came out as 5 fps, but overall my 10 yo self had a lot of fun. i still play to this day! all the updates nowadays are crazy lmao, i feel so old when i'm not. just remember when there was no colored beds and colorful fish in the sea, lmao. i love the new updates tho, no shade!! i love minecraft overall, and it holds so many memories for me. i love occasionally looking at my old creative superflat worlds on my xbox, theres a lot of nostalgia when i see those worlds lol anyways i'm done w the long essay :))

I was so excited to have a full version of minecraft haha. I still have it on the same pc laptop, ive been playing the last few days and its been such a blast. Modding minecraft is the best

God. I started playing this shit at the end of elementary school. 4 years into my professional career post-college and I still play it.

Tho not a big fan of the latest update. They've added a little too much to the game, if you get what I mean.

Been really loving a mod for Beta 1.7.3 called "Better Than Adventure" that "forks" the game and is more of an alt-history version of the game. Here's a pic of my base rn:

I just think the game captures minecraft a bit more accurately for me than current modern minecraft. But I'm kind of a boomer for this game lmfao

Oh boy I was perhaps one of the first people to jump on Minecraft. I don't recall how I heard about the game, but it had to be before most people even knew it existed so maybe 2009 or so. This was a good while before mobs were added into the game.

I do know that you had three map sizes and even the biggest one was downright tiny. There were no mobs to kill. It was more or less just a place to make basic homes and whatever else. I'm not sure I have any videos of that time but I do recall making a tiny house and a block tower.

I had a few videos back when you could play the game for free around 2010-2012 or whenever that one website was closed down. I think I posted them on my gaming YouTube page but I don't care enough to go digging though like 100 pages of videos to make sure. If I do have them they wouldn't be all that great. But I did have a pet wolf/dog in them and I do recall walking back to house/seaside base to find a dog I had no idea how or why it was there.

I still sometimes jump on the game but I know sod all about redstone. I may be able to make a door open if I really wanted to do that but anything else and I'm going nope the hell out.

As far as videos go I have a fair number on my gaming Youtube so finding some shouldn't be too hard. As far as anything I have made that I'm happy with I once made a house so big I put a rail in it so I could get to the other end in a fairly good rate of speed. However that was done while I was messing around and so no video proof exists for that world.

Oh boy, I remember discovering Minecraft maybe around 2014 or 2015 or so, maybe earlier?? It was still really plain at that point, but I had so much fun lol. Imo, multiplayer is personally better for me, because although I enjoyed the challange of completing it all myself and then later on experimenting with builds, playing with other people is really what made it so special for me. There's been so many memorable experiences ever since, but I do remember having a sleepover and playing on an old (probably inactive) server. We set up a little competition between ourselves and it was so fun playing different pvp games! We could entertain ourselves for hrs at a time.

I don't remember how/when I first started since it was so long ago and I was really young but I started on Minecraft PE and eventually moved on to Xbox Edition and then Java, now I play a mix of Java and Bedrock with a heavy Java lean.

I prefer playing Multiplayer on Survival Servers as I love the sense of community where everyone by default has a common interest in the game and you can work together to create pretty much anything and you don't have to talk about yourself to make great friends.

I've built a lot of things as I'd say I'm the type of player to prioritise building over most other things. Sadly my favourite builds have been lost to the dreaded server-reset but here are a few screenshots of what I could find. There's a Blackstone Castle I built for my pet Strider, a Farm my friend commissioned me in-game money to build for them and a cute Mushroom House! :}

In one of my old servers I built a Blackstone Castle for my pet Strider!A Farm one of my friends commissioned me (in-game money) to build!I was testing out Mushroom House Styles and thought this was cute!

i think it was around 2014-2015? i was watching a friend played it and was hooked on it. i bought the first minecraft handbook and binge watched those "10 things you didnt know about minecraft videos" and stampy cat before i even got the game. i spent like a year convincing my mom to let me get it. i finally got it on my phone in Halloween 2015 i think?
i think my greatest memory in minecraft was (in 2016-2017 i think) playing minecraft on my xbox with my friends during a sleepover. we were all building houses and me and one of my friends stayed up all night just roleplaying and building. in the same minecraft world me and a different friend build a giant treehouse. it was really cool heheh
i like both single player and multiplayer. some of my best memories are from multiplayer tho.
there are a couple of things im proud of. first one is a HUGE city world ive been working on on and off on my tablet. it started in 2017 i think and its so big that i cant even fit it all of a 3x3 map wall.
another thing is a project from 2021 that has since sorta been abandoned, but its a small village like world. its really cute and all the houses are hidden in public buildings (like a house in a well or a house hidden in the library)
the last thing is more recent, and i can provide a screenshot of it
its a kool castle i build in my survival world
its made out of smooth quartz and i mined all of it myself

ooh ! yes !

so basically i discovered minecraft back in 2013 when i was in 1st grade :p
i was at a friend's house and i noticed in the other room his brother was playing minecraft and i asked my friend "whats this game" and he proceeded to explain it to me. after his brother was done playing my friend started a new singleplayer world to show me how the game works. i was too nervous to play it for myself so i basically just watched him play. after that i discovered the world of minecraft youtubers and i was really keen on people like dantdm, in the little wood, the yogscast, stampy etc.

these days i prefer to play on multiplayer servers (stuff like hypixel and smps) not only because i like interacting and chatting with other people but also because my computer lags when i play in singleplayer for some reason lol

the surprising thing is that ive only owned minecraft legally since 2020 hehehe

edit: i forgot to mention that i was glued to pocket edition from 2016-2018, such fun times !!

Multiplayer was first added to Minecraft on May 31, 2009, during the Classic phase of the game. (sauce)

No idea when I first discovered the game, feels like i've known it FOREVER!! But for the longest time my brother and I would just take turns playing the demo over and over again, 5 days of gameplay then reset and redo (remember finding the chest of gunpowder at spawn and building waterslides with a waterbucket i had been so proud to make)
didnt have the actual game for YEARS but loved it so much after getting the full version

MULTIPLAYER ALWAYS!! I love multiplayer mc so much its such a good game to have in muliplayer! when I play in singleplayer its mainly to see world gen or mods or make test builds for servers, multiplayer will always be my go to
Current fav server is a origins modded server with a few friends, The origins mod is so FUN and i love seeing what everyone picks

dont currently have screenshots! but my favourite builds are my cave terraforming, and my homes in both origins servers I played on (the old one got DELETED D,:)  the current one is a cave ive filled with netherack and started building a mini nether fortress into!! {picked blazeborne on origins if that wasnt obvious}
