     Claire's has a LOT of scene stuff such as bright colored rubber bracelets, bows, body jewelry, colorful hair extensions, fishnet gloves/arm warmers, those hooded scarf things with ears, and a lot of other stuff!
Hot Topic
     Hot Topic is always a go-to for band merch, jewelry, belts, and Pokemon merch! They also have other alt clothes and makeup.
DePop, EBay, Mercari, etc.
     Resale shops like EBay and Depop will have old finds like people's old Invader Zim merch, studded belts, Hello Kitty, bows, skirts, and more! There's also AliExpress and Wish, but be more cautious with those!!!
Party City & Spirit Halloween
     Halloween stores may be unexpected, but they have stuff like fishnet gloves, fake colorful glasses, bows, and more! 
Walmart & Target
     Also possibly unexpected, but Walmart has colorful leggings, and if it fits, cute graphic shirts, jackets, and bows from the girls section (in XL-XXL, most likely).

Spencer's
     Spencer's, also an alt favorite, has lots of chokers, body jewelry, hats, bottoms, and more.
