Rammstein and KMFDM for industrial 

For me,  can't beat the classics. 

My all time favorites are Nine Inch Nails, Skinny Puppy and VNV Nation.




But I also enjoy tons of other bands

for me it's gotta be KMFDM, especially nihl and symbols. i do love a bit of skinny puppy and rammstein though..

I'm honestly shocked that not one person listed Coum Transmission, Throbbing Gristle, Psychic TV, Genesis Breyer P-Orridge, Chris & Cosey, Coil, Monte Cazazza, Leather Nun, William S Burroughs or Bryin Gysin since they are the literal founders of the genre.

Ministry is way up there. Basically 83-07, I really do like all those albums in their own ways. Some are better than others but, hey!

Skinny Puppy I have gotten majorly into as well the past few months. 84-96 for me. Too Dark Park and/or Last Rights are the absolute peak of the genre if you ask me.

Godflesh may be on the more metal side, but at their very core, they're industrial! Such an amazing project, all of what Justin Broadrick has done has been amazing.

I could say NIN too, though they are a little overrated compared to the entire "scene" if you ask me. Still good though! Other groups like Fear Factory and Strapping Young Lad are way more on the metal side, but they still have industrial elements which I love.

Revco, Orgy, KMFDM, PIG, Godsmack, and NiN (naturally) have been my favorites lately. I’ve been listening to orgys first two albums nearly on loop , >side note I nearly got the cds for said albums but i missed the auction, the agony. 

definitely nine inch nails, but i also love kmfdm, rammstein, (older) ministry, einstürzende neubauten, front 242, skinny puppy, throbbing gristle, and pigface!

no mention of 16volt??? especially their wisdom album my god :') 

Sounds of Mass Production, Chemlab, NIN, Front line assembly, and 3teeth are some of my favs 

I've been really into Incubite recently but Nachtmahr is my number one. NIN, KMFDM, Phosgore, and Centhron are also some of my favorites. Getting into Alien Vampires as well.

I love pretty much all industrial music, but my favorites absolutely have to be KMFDM and NIN.  Their blend of metal and electronic is just perfect to me.

Some great artists mentioned in here.

Nine Inch Nails makes some rather broad ranging music that can be hard to label at times but no doubt there's large crossover in this space and they are definitely my favourite band overall. So they're the tip of the iceberg for me but i love a lot of other bands many that have been mentioned already. 

Rammstein, KMFDM, Chemlab, Ministry, Front Line Assembly, Celldweller, Circle of Dust, Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, Eisbrecher, Einsturzende Neubauten.

My most recent obsession is HEALTH

Laibach and Foetus(tbh almost anything by Thirlwell) are a must! Einstürzende Neubauten are awesome too but i haven't listened to their stuff that much
