Triarii is a good one. Especially their song Emperor of the Sun. Although the fanbase is unfortunately a bunch of neo-fascist dorks.

Skinny Puppy is a good one. Has a less melodic feel than Rammstein, but they're cool.

Is Flesh Field the type of thing people here like? I love their stuff, haha. Very Y2K and I think you can download some of their stuff directly from their official webpage.

The Defiled - Grave Times. Riffs and hooks for days while maintaining that sinister noise

Industrial music is my fav, Skinny Puppy is a must listen, their whole discog. cEvin Key is one of the members of SP and their solo project and its really interesting music.
KMFDM will always have my heart it was constantly playing throughout my childhood. I would start with Symbols as a first album it is full of bangers. Chemlab largely is very reminiscent of KMFDM and Ministry, who id hope youre already familiar with.

I would say 'Snake River Conspiracy', very good and also a very short discography, one EP, one album and that's it.

Nitzer Ebb, Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft, Einsturzende Neubauten, Front 242, Suicide Commando, Haujobb, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, KMFDM, Lords of Acid, and Leaether Strip are a few that I can name of of the top of my head. A lot of these are EBM or other industrial adjacent music, but what can you do?

Does Nailbomb count? It has industrial elements but isn't as electronic/keyboard heavy as other bands :P

STRAPPING YOUNG LAAADDDDDD who you can tell by my profile i'm a really big fan of. ministry and godflesh basically created industrial metal, so listen to them. fear factory started the whole sorta death/thrash/industrial archetype that strapping, sybreed, nailbomb, and mnemic all follow. a lot of nu-metal bands have industrial elements but static-x is THE industrial nu-metal band. rob zombie and marilyn manson are real popular but i'm not too into them. nine inch nails of course has broken which is basically industrial metal, and other industrial bands with industrial metal albums include skinny puppy, front line assembly, and 3TEETH. pitchshifter started out as godflesh worship, which i prefer, but their later stuff has some funky dnb aspects to them. misery loves co. is like ministry/nin with some fear factory sprinkled in. speaking of ministry, check out al's side projects like revco, 1000 homo djs, and surgical meth machine. ...and oceans has albums with a industrial/cybernetic feel to it, they're one of many industrial black metal bands. and finally, some personal underground bands i know are re:aktor and lost souls (the swedish industrial metal band, not the metalcore band xd).
a lot of these bands i found through last fm, rate your music, and suggestions on reddit. just search on your own and you'll find more cool stuff!
PS: some games with industrial metal soundtracks that come to mind include DMC3, KF1, and the nuDOOMs

There's a lot of really good recommendations here, but I want to add Eisbrecher! You can pick pretty much any album and it will be great, but if you want a crash course, Ewiges Eis - 15 Jahre Eisbrecher is their 15th anniversary greatest hits album and it's a good place to start.
If you like electro-industrial, I highly recommend looking up Neue Deutsche Härte bands. Many of the ones listed in the other replies here fall under that category (Oomph!, Die Krupps, Megaherz, etc) and there's so much good stuff to find. :D
