At 1:42 in the song New Way Out, the snippet of Neil talking is from a film he made in 2002 called Why the Hell Won't It Snow?

yes all of this is so cool!!! dont be like the sun is probably my favorite from clown circus besides bowling alley because bowling alley is rlly funny 2 me.. i think he mentioned the new way out thing in the damn skippy commentary!

Neil had blue hair, not a big deal but i thought it was interesting.

probably common knowledge but at the beginning of new way out he didnt pitch up his voice he used helium lol

@corn lad I don't think that's common knowledge. Afaik he only mentioned it in the Damn Skippy commentary which is pretty long and I doubt most people listen to it.
