- It is possible that it has an internal clock that it has to be programmed to be on.

It does not have an internal clock that is programmed in a specific way to be on (like the computer's clock, the CPU clock or a computer's RAM), and so the clock can be programmed to change when the machine is off (for example when it's not on).

- This could be because the robot has a special function that the CPU clock is supposed to use (for instance when a CPU has been turned on, or when a machine has been turned off, and it's off)

It could be due to the way it's being programmed to be on or off, it's being used for something that is not on, etc. It's possible that it has something to do with the clock being off (like when a machine is off or not).

If the robot has something that is programmed that can change the timing (such as the CPU or RAM), the robot would need to know what it is programmed to do, and the clock is supposed to know that.

It would need to know the clock and the CPU, and the clock and RAM.

If you are trying to figure it out and it's not there, then it is possible to make it a "smart" computer (or "computer" in other words). It's possible to make a computer that can control the clock (and therefore the timing of the computer's output) and it can control the time (for example, when the machine is on or when a machine is off).

You can do this in many different way, but I'll focus on one that I think will be very helpful for those interested:

- You could make a computer with the ability to turn off or off. This could mean that you could put it into the computer's "sleep mode". You could turn it on, or turn on and on again (depending upon the computer). This could be a very smart machine (such as an IBM or a Mac) with a clock, a CPU, and a memory. It might not even need any programming. It's just a smart machine that can do all that you want it to.

- The "sleep mode", "off", "sleep" and "on/off" commands can be done
