I would just say FLCL since it has some stellar animation within it along with the music that matches the feel and flow of the anime itself.

My Favorite Anime are: Texhnolyze (All-time Favorite Series), Serial Experiments Lain, Perfect Blue, Monster, Neon Genesis Evangelion & End of Evangelion, Haibane Renmei, Pui Pui Molcar, Paranoia Agent, Ghost in the Shell, Akira
Some anime which i also like but not to the same degree: Ergo Proxy, Malice@Doll, Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade, Alien 9, Parasyte -the maxim-

my all time favorite is Madoka Magica . it is very well made and it has a very good storytelling , the art is beautiful as well as the music , it is visually beautiful .
the plot is actually very interesting to me and i love how many references to so many things there are .
it has a very huge fandom and i feel like it isnt so toxic . i love it. if anyone hasnt watched it yet i highly recommend it . you will not regret it.

its a show i havent watched in years and is so mentally and emotionality scarring i think i still need more time before i rewatch it but Banana Fish! i recommend looking up triggers it showcases before watching it if you do because it covers really heavy stuff!

my favorite anime of all time is Kids on the Slope!!! but i'd also recommend Erased, Orange, School Rumble (VERY FUNNY), and obv the classic Cowboy Bebop :)

is such a good anime, its about psychological "horror".
the only bad thing is that only has 1 season and 1 OVA, and the ending is quite confusing to understand. Moreover, it ended almost 3 years ago, so it would be difficult for the creators decide to make another season or a "manga" following the story.
other than that, i totally recommend it!!!!

I haven't watched anime since like 2017 but IIII LOVE Inferno Cop. The story behind its creation is wild. Like... zero budget. It's a postmodern work of art :P.
He also appears in Space Patrol Luluco!
