Persona 5 (and by extension, Royal) Will never come to PC, they have an exclusive deal with Sony. However, on steam you can get Persona 5 Strikers (Hack and slash sequel.) Persona 4 Golden and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. You can also emulate Persona 3 FES with the PCS2X emulator if you can find a disk (or by Cough Cough Other means Cough Cough)
I HIGHLY recommend Persona 4 Golden, it's the best in the series IMO
You can also emulate P1 And P2 on PPSSPP but those games are a bit wacky and way different.
