another weird explanation that is currently on going

but im here again bc smth currently has been going on in my room that's quiet weird. for some context my cousin lives we me and we share a bedroom. and lately- at very random occasions there will be this sound in our room that's so indescribable. it sounds sort of bug like- and at first i thought maybe a cricket got into our room- but it's been going on for a few months now that's getting harder to believe. the sound is kind of a clicking hissing sound- and is pretty noticeable- and me and my cousin have been noticing it seems to be coming from their snail tank which sits on their desk. this is confusing bc snails dont rlly make noises- and they've looked in the tank before (they regularly look in it bc they have to make sure their snails dont hatch any eggs) and found nothing. 

its just strange- im not entirely sure what it could be and the occurrences of the sound r so sporadic it's hard to even pin point when they occur. recently- i also had a horrible stress dream that had bug like related themes. if anyone is curious i can explain this dream in depths in the comments.

also i should probably mention me and my cousin have had experienced weird possibly paranormal events together before. just in case that might mean anything. and ive also had weird events happen in my house before as well.

but yeah am i just being paranoid and is this just some bug that is somehow chilling in my pretty clean room without being detected for months? or is it smth else? i realistically want to believe it's some type of bug- but i cant help but be curious that it could be smth completely different..?
