Flash is officially being deprecated by Adobe on Jan 1st, so you likely won't be able to.

just use an alternative browser and an older version of flash. fuck adobe and fuck google, flash isn't going anywhere.

Ruffle extension is awesome!! Almost all flash things (not everything, unfortunately) work again for me. I love it and was so excited when I found it!

Came here to also recommend Ruffle browser extension.
This will allow a lot of flash projects to work again in-browser. If you are looking for flash games however, I would recommend checking out Flashpoint!
