PS: I got CFS/ME almost a decade ago and haven't had a single day of feeling anything close to well since. I have to spend most of my time in bed and almost never leave my room. 0/10 would not recommend. Although it did motivate me to make a lot of positive changes and I've grown a lot. I've learned all my lessons and am ready for it to be over now please.
