i wanna hear anyones ideas on the spirit plane, if there is a spirit plane, or an idea about a different place they go. just anything i want to expand into more theories and beliefs

Ive delved into astral projection some, but am still practicing myself.. A YouTube channel I would recommend to check out his “school of moth”, who explains a lot about the astral planes, dimensions, astral body, different spiritual stuff.
