Disney Channel’s Closing

100 Disney Channels are closing this year. In order to remember Disney Channel, I want everyone to share their memories with the channel. Here’s my memory. I watched Disney Channel ever since I was little. My sister was starting to be a teenager so I basically watched Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Suite Life on Deck, and Wizards of Waverly Place. I watched Disney Jr as a kid and grew out of it later on in life. I watched Jessie, Austin and Ally, Shake it up, Good Luck Charlie, Best Friends Whenever, Bunk’d, and Liv and Maddie. I’m sad that a piece of my childhood is disappearing soon. What’s your memory? Let me know in the comments. Bye guys!

I was in elementary school when The Suite Life/Hannah Montana/Wizards all came out, so I was borderline obsessed with all of them. I think The Suite Life was my favorite, but I wanted to be a singer when I was little so my mom would catch me singing the Hannah Montana theme song at the top of my lungs XD Since I was the oldest girl in my family, when I watched The Suite Life I'd pretend Maddie was my big sister and I was Zack and Cody's friend. But yeah, I watched Disney Channel shows religiously on Netflix up until I was almost 13 because I got more into anime at that point xP Still, miss those shows a lot though; makes me want to get Disney+ so I can watch them in the background while I'm drawing and stuff.

Some of the cartoons they had on Disney Jr. (or Playhouse Disney, as I knew it) back in the day were pretty awesome too! Anyone remember Stanley or the Little Mermaid series? I watched the TV show of that WAY before I ever saw the movie. Ariel should've ended up with the cute blonde merboy >:P

I was in my 20s when I really started to get into Disney Channel lol, especially Kim Possible and Lilo & Stitch the Series. But really enjoyed all the shows in that time period. It was the golden age for Disney Channel. But I've been a lifelong Disney, now adult Disney fan, so it will never grow out of me. :-)
