One of my favorite bands is Kawaii AF. They make pop-punk that's incredibly awesome and are so supportive of their fans and have a genuine connection with them. They're incredible and are actually how I heard about Spacehey in the first place, so i'll never stop recommending them!

if we r talking the more electronic side, h3artcrush*, zeija, ayesha erotica*, skeletonprince, and food house are pretty good. food house is more hyperpop than scene but they have some influences here and there.

* these artists arent the greatest people so listen at your own discretion

Some of the new Asking Alexandria sounds good, Attack!Attack! also put out a new song thats really good. Other than those, SeeYouSpaceCowboy and static dress are good as well. Lastly, Hawthore heights has also been putting out some good stuff too

It's kind of difficult to define a genre of music, because every band has a genre mesh. I don't know if these bands would qualify as emo but

I enjoy

Horse the band
The number twelve looks like you
Dance gavin dance (pre mothership album- their new stuff isn't for me)
Iwrestledabearonce
Senses fail

How about the band Get Scared? I know they formed around 2008 but I can't think of many others that are more recently formed and genuinely good sadly.
