spanish omelette: the same as a non-vegan spanish omelette but replacing the egg with chickpea flour + water.ย

me! ive been vegan for 5 years now. my favorite dish is a vegan kfc bowl from a local place called dixie dharma, but otherwise i eat alot of vegan mac and cheese lol

Iโve been vegan for YEARS. I started off as a vegetarian and Iโve now been vegan longer. Using cook books but adding on your own spices has been working out great for me. Even just learning family recipes and getting those replacements so I can still enjoy them. I havenโt had meat in over a decade.ย
