Tips for self care

I know alot of us in the US can't afford to see a therapist or doctor for mental health so I thought it'd be cool to share what we do to help manage our symptoms on our own.

For me I've been trying to clean my room up. It's not fun like a bubble bath but I know long term it'll help me alot.

What things do you all do?

Some things I do are listen to music, try to avoid stress (which sadly can't always be avoided), and try to get at least 6 1/2 hours of sleep at night (as much as I enjoy the euphoria, increased productivity, and high levels of energy I get from less sleep than that).

i know this reply is a bit late but oh well! personally i'd recommend simple little task such as making your bed in the morning, and organising things all with music playing of course. it just gives that little self esteem boost and sense of achievement throughout the day. all that can progress into general self care like hygiene and well being. i hope this helps XD
