I like curry chicken Jamaican style but when it comes to Chinese food I'm not a fan I think it's nasty and way too soupy

Orange chicken and sesame chicken, but I've only had Americanized versions of Chinese food. I would like to try authentic Chinese food for once.

I know some of my favorite Chinese (more specifically Cantonese), dishes would be 雲吞麵湯 (Wonton Noodle soup), 牛腩湯 (Beef Brisket Soup), 叉燒包 (Char Siu Bao), 海綿蛋糕 (Sponge Cake), and also 炸魷魚球 (Fried Squid Balls), just to name a few, Chinese food is very flavorful and delicous, but is often overlooked or misunderstood. Granted im not Chinese so I am also not an expert.
