hi! what are your favorites and/or go-tos when ordering vegan at chain restaurants? like what are some underrated items or adaptions you make?

The Sofritas at chipotle! Always used to be scared to eat it but when I had it, it was so good!

I am vegan but depends where you live lol. UK tends to have stuff in most places now.
