What are your bad habits/quirks?

Go ahead, list the things you suck at... You know, all the things you keep telling yourself that you'll get better at or want to change. I'll start.

I suck at going to bed on time and lately, I've been staying up to binge eat. 

I spend way too much time on social media. More than I would ever admit to anyone I know. 

I don't drink enough water and I eat too much sugar.

I avoid dealing with credit/tax/"beurocracy shit" as much as I can. 

I also dread responding to people.

I get angry at little things far too often and I tend to hyperfixate (perfectionist thinking). I can be overly defensive, too.

I can be totally insensitive.

Sometimes I pretend to know more than I do. I understand there is no true benefit from this, I'm just afraid of being judged and looking stupid... Which is ironic because that's really the dumbest thing I can do

I judge myself harshly and I feel shame for it.

I get jealous easily. 

I'm not always great at clearly communicating and enforcing boundaries. I can be pretty insecure and indecisive, which I think contributes to this.

hmm okay so my list:

i drink wayy too much monster and barely enough water
i get attached to toxic people because i want to help them
i get jealous over people who i’m not even with relationship wise (think that’s cause of the attachment shit tho)
i’m super indecisive 
i judge myself too harshly 
i try to fix people too much 
i mean there’s probably a load more but im tired rn and i can’t think

  • bad temper/anger issues/irritable
  • avoiding feeling things and bottling them up until it explodes
  • being blunt/too honest/foul mouth
  • being stubborn, putting too much pride on my work
  • doesnt apologize even if im wrong and feeling guilty
  • too paranoid of people and have trust issues
  • hold grudges towards people who i felt wronged me for years

Perfectionist. I refused to write in pen for the longest time because you can't erase mistakes in ink. I would also completely restart projects from the first step if I felt like I messed up on something, even if I was close to finishing the project.


I have a clearer memory of when people did something that hurt me/bothered me, than when they did something that I loved. I mentally hold onto negativity and it impacts how I treat that person. This is something I cam currently working on.


And I cry during arguments/confrontation.

Spending too much money

Not saving enough money 

Not practicing self care often 

Staying up late

Too much screen time

Procrastinating 

Not cleaning as often as I should

Being very unorganized 


Just to make a few cause i think I have too many bad habits to keep track

So here is my list of my bad habits:

  • I'm a procrastinator
  • Late comer
  • When I don't like the visuals of my work during the process, I tend to throw it in the garbage immediately instead of trying to finish it.
  • It's hard for me to open up so I tend to shut my mouth most of the time.
  • I always feel tired and sleepy
  • Instead of throwing my trash in the trash bag, I stuff it inside of my cabinet drawers.
