Issue uploading pfp for a GROUP pls help

Im trying to make a group and for some reason every time I try to upload the pfp img for it it doesn't work.

I click the choose file option and then upload the file from my computer but once I click Update group settings and go to view it its gone, then when I click edit again there is no file chosen like it never had one in the first place. I've tried multiple different formats and the img isn't more than 2mb. Does it have something to do with my code or am I just doing something wrong or is it the website??
