1. Reporting on SpaceHey
SpaceHey requires manual review by moderators. You must provide context.
- Navigate directly to the suspicious user's profile.
- Scroll to the bottom left of the page and click the Report User button.
- In the text box, be clinical. State: "This user is attempting to solicit/groom a minor."
- Paste exact quotes from their messages or bulletins into the report.
- Do not block them until the report is successfully submitted. Blocking them first can sometimes complicate the report linkage.
2. Reporting on Discord
Predators frequently try to move targets from public sites to Discord. Screenshots are completely useless to Discord Support; they require message IDs to pull the encrypted server logs.
