I want to know, is it possible to get new games hacked even tho on 3ds, the shop was shut down?
If yes, how to i do that? How to i format my 3ds and hacky it?
I've always been scared of trying what i see on youtube cause im scared of scams, but i trust you guys, so if you have any advice about it, or like a link that helps, anything really, i'm new to this

never use video guides. This one above is always relevant and updated, and should work on all 3DS models and versions without eShop downloads. It's free, and even if somehow you're out of luck (very unlikely) at worst you'd need to buy a specific flashcard (dirt cheap).

Answearing this as someone who has modded multiple 3ds and other consoles
yes thats totally possible! Usually you download the games with hshop which you'll download to your 3ds when modding it. If you wanna play 2ds or ds games you'll have to download them to your pc and manually install them onto your sd card tho.
The guide the other comment mentioned is great, tho I personally find it a bit confusing. I recommend the videos from Funkyscott47 on youtube he explains things great and is 100% legit. (I used his vids before)
And generally you just need an sd card in fat32 format (recommend to not use more then 128 gb cuz it will lag) and a pc :)

To Homebrew your console you need an SD adapter to use it on your computer/phone to format your 3ds first, so you have to go to your 3DS settings (no matter which model because they are all the same) then you press on "format" then press "continue" then press "format" it's going to tell you if are you sure you want to format, you click that you do want to apply a format to your console, then you should wait until the format gets applied.
