I want to know, is it possible to get new games hacked even tho on 3ds, the shop was shut down? 
If yes, how to i do that? How to i format my 3ds and hacky it? 

I've always been scared of trying what i see on youtube cause im scared of scams, but i trust you guys, so if you have any advice about it, or like a link that helps, anything really, i'm new to this
