How to add an images as a border around your profile/stylized borders?

Hello everyone! I need help with adding stylized borders around different elements of my profile. For example, I've seen people have lace borders around the entire main body of their page and even around their blurb sections. I know how to get regular colored borders around different bodies but I'm not sure how to get the cool looking ones that seem to be images or masks.

Here are some screenshots for further examples of what I'm trying to do. Any help is greatly appreciated! The border image property does not seem to work for me nor does trying to apply a WebKit mask image but perhaps I'm just doing it wrong TwT. Ty guys!
