I can't find an scp

I just remember the scp number started with 3xxx, it was a drug/pill and was given to a female researcher who was later labeled as 3xxx-01/3xxx-A, I think her name was in Turkish and she didn't obey the rules, that's all I can remember does anyone know anything similiar to this?
