Project name: WDS
Genre or vibe: Horror, thriller, coming of age. The story also covers topics of religion and uses some Abel and Cain imagery
Project length and type: I am writing a novel (250 est pages), I am also using the main plot as a storyline for a comic I plan on showing to YouTube.
Books you associate with your project: Sixth sense (My main character talks to dead people), Religious horror movies like the Conjuring Movies and La Llorona, The Unholy verse (Jumpscare I know, but only the catholic/punk moments where they actually perform exorcisms and listen to rock music)

The project: A high school girl has horrible nightmares of being chased in alleyways and during the day she sees visions of her friends dying. On her way home one day, she gets attacked. The attacker almost kills her, but he lets her go in fear of her seeing him. She figures out one night that the man she sees chasing her in her dreams is her attacker. After some investigation, she's lead down a rabbit hole that will change her life forever. She discovers that the man is immortal and she needs to become the very monster she wishes to destroy in order to be free. - I have been working on the story for over two years, because I lowkey procrastinate, The main character has a romance subplot with a girl in her class, and this story is very very dear to my heart.
