help with layout

hi! I'm pretty new to spacehey and I was wondering if someone could explain how I can put a spotify playlist like embedded into my profile or how to put pictures onto my profile or just in general explain how to modify a layout?

and extra question does anyone know how to insert one of my own pictures into a blog? I tried it a few days ago but the picture is just this small logo of a picture. 

I'm trying to find tutorials but usually it already sort of requires some experience with coding...
