cause lets be honest - the section for layouts (the whole profile ones) here is highly dead. and i really wanna upgrade my profile cause.. i mean, its good, but when im seeing other people´s layouts they just look cooler -_- (..while mine still stays the same). im not much good with coding (for ex.: wouldn´t even know how to change fonts/add a section to lol. im THAT much of an idiot) so i rather wanna rely on some premade ones, where i can just change subtle things.
any tips?

I know how to code well enough to format my own pages so I cannot honestly recommend any sites.
However, I use DuckDuckGo to browse.
I did a search for "pimp myspace" (very popular when MySpace was the hype) and clicked on this site:

I'm not making it a direct link because I clicked on it, clicked on a few layouts... it looks safe but I haven't used any of the layouts so ***buyer beware***
