MY COUNTRY DOESN'T HAVE COOL STORES !!!

all we have is the basics like H&M and Bershka and the newyorker like their clothes are good but not what I'm searching for.

I WANT ALT STORES like how hot topic used to be back in the days (my country doesn't even have hot topic btw) I want stores that sell lolita type of clothings or scene core type of clothes or emo clothes ANYTHING EXCEPT THE BASICS WE HAVE EVERYWHERE (there is NOTHING wrong with basic clothes btw it's just not my style) all I want is stores that sell alt clothes that are affortable because why if I finally find a alt type of store it's 60 euros for one top that's not even good quality... send help

I'm sorry to tell you, but that's the case in most places. If you find one alt store, it'll probably be indie and quite pricey (you mentioned lolita fashion for instance, the nature of the clothing pieces makes them particularly costly since they tend to have higher quality materials and manufacture). Most alt people get their clothes primarily thrifting, DIYing and online. The first two are the best options if you're short on money, and the most authentic to the core of alternative subcultures.
