A question to fictionkins

First things first I want to start this off by saying this might come off as offensive. I do not have a lot of experience with finctionkin, I'm a therian (awakened I think 5 years ago). I no longer interact within alterhuman social media spaces, as they've grown very toxic - and the majority of people/beings in them are way younger than me... Due to this, I might come off as misinformed. Let's get to the story and then the question!

TW; mentions of psychosis and delusions

From what I know about fictionkins, they come off as good individuals. However, I recently stumbled across an instagram reel (yes... bear with me here) of an Uzi (Murder Drones) fictionkin, I believe. The reel itself said something along the lines of the following: "I am literally Uzi, no its not an identity, I am her and she is me."
The comments were... concerning. Other than the usual haters, the comments were divided in two:
1. "This is delusional behavior"
Examples: "This is too far, you are not someone's character, you're your own person"
"Guys please stop enabling them, this is psychosis waiting to happen"
"I'm (alterhuman identity) but this is too far"

2. "Omg yes you are Uzi!"
Examples: "You literally are Uzi there is no question"
"Oh I'm (character), hi Uzi!"
"I don't see anything wrong with this they literally are Uzi"

I get saying "I'm literally a (non-human being or concept)", I do it too ("I'm literally a dog"), but this person seemed 100% convinced that they *were* , literally WERE the character. They denied it being a separate identity and everything.
I was honestly concerned. Because there is a line, I fear, and they were using it like a jumping rope.

And, here is the question, finally.
Where is the line between delusion and identity?
How do you guys distinguish between a healthy identity and an unhealthy mindset?
Should people like this (not fictionkins or roleplayers, people who firmly believe there is no distinguishing between them and a character) be enabled? Is it healthy?

I am sorry again if this comes off as offensive, I'm genuinely curious.
