im not a gyaru, but i know that some people just buy some pretty materials from second hand and then theyre sewing it into some fashion piece!

Tbh anything works, as long as you nail the make and hair the clothes are the least of your worries. If your looking for cute clothes tho I recomend looking on second hand pieces before you buy on any fast fashion place.
