Okay, so we usually have a flashback episode once or twice per month, which includes nightmares and intrusive scary thoughts, too. These episodes last for days, and they usually come with a dissociative episode that usually lasts for a week.
We don't really know how to handle these, but we are getting more and more and it gets to a point when everything is so confusing and we can't move for ours. We feel like we are wasting time and we'd like to get better, because the memory loss after an episode is heavy.
