I’m thinking about recording videos to make my own music clips. I’m not looking for a professional camera, i want something that gives a real early 2000s look, i don’t want 4K or anything too modern, just a camcorder with a retro vibe, my budget is around $60
which one do you recommend?

you could get a digicam,use a flip phone or even a 3ds(which films with a 0.3mgps camera-correct me if im wrong)

Resolution isn’t the issue, i’m after the actual 2000s camcorder look, not just lower quality
