I need tips for becoming better

Forum: Helping each other

I want to improve, improve a lot, become more and more excellent. "In what?" In absolutely everything.

It's a very important part of my life.


I want to discover new ways to do things so I can establish a good action plan.


Things I'm currently doing:

- Learning a new language.

- Working more and more productively (I'm a homemaker, by the way).

- Training my mind daily with various apps.

- Taking better care of my appearance (skincare, teeth, etc.).

- Moving my body more.

- Resetting my home (cleaning, organizing, etc.).

- Significantly reducing leisure time (less time with my partner and pet).

- Compensation system: I have two medium-short breaks a day and one day off a week. If I take more breaks one day, they are reduced the next. If I take more breaks, they accumulate. If I haven't made up all my breaks by the end of the week, I don't get a day off that week. If I take more than one day off one week, I don't get a day off the following week. The breaks don't apply to apps, language learning, and basic tasks; those should be done during your days off as well.


Things I plan to do:

- Optimize my time even more and learn to do things more productively.

- Improve my presentation (manners, social skills, etc., which aren't bad in my case, but I want to improve them further).

- Join something related to interpreting and improve significantly (that's my original field of study).

- Exercise regularly (I'm currently planning Pilates and maybe yoga; I also want to consider other options).



Does anyone have any ideas on how to improve this, things to add to this list, etc.?

You can optimize your time by cutting your time on your phone. As far as exercise try weightlifting and running
