New to psychology

I am not completely new to it

I did someresearch. Sometimes I read about psychology and body language in my books. I have experience with people and from my own therapy..and so on

However I've been thinking about studying psychology. First I wanna learn more about it. What are the basics? Where do I start? What websites are good? Lemme know!♡

Sorry for the late reply !!! But, here is some good websites to learn:

https://www.simplypsychology.org/ : this one is really easy to understand and has many situations for u to learn, or how certain things work. Its really easy to learn. tho this is like the only website I know other than the book websites. but also you can watch some YouTube videos or psychoanalyze films. But it really depends on which path u wanna go in psychology.

also there are some websites to read books for free. I can give u some other websites to read anatomy books if u want :D

Psychology books & websites :

OpenStax - here is like the official medical books and like the main source for these. tho they are more boring (if u aren't used to reading a lot) but much more professional and will help u if u want to have this career in a future.

There are two main books in OpenStax that are the Introduction to Psychology, and Psychology 2e, or Anatomy and Psychology 2e. Those will help u a lot !!!

There is also LibreTexts and Open Text Book library, but sometimes it will show u the same books that are in OpenStax, but there is also other books you might wanna look for cuz they dig in some more specific disorders. And if u did visit those sites then, u maybe should get into dual enrollment classes if ur university or high school has them, just to down the future debt a bit. But yeah that's all I can give u !!! Hope it helps :))

Also,,, there are more advanced books on those websites (I just read that u aren't really new to psychology, SRRY FOR NOT READING ToT)
