Spacehey nav header, and profile pic size

So I havent programmed in HTLM or CSS since i was 11, so most things are lost to me. Anyhow, I was wondering how I change the obnoxiously blue spacehey header on my profile? The blue dont really match the rest lol 

Second question, is there any way to actually change the size on the profile picture? I know it's possible to change the surrounding area and the border, but I  have only managed to change it from being square to round. Anyone managed?
