What would the perfect modern SEGA console look like?

I've been thinking a lot about what a modern SEGA console could look like, especially given how disenchanting XBOX has been lately (even if they're walking back the "no more consoles" thing with their new leadership, I still don't know that people are going to want a new XBOX over any other console that has better exclusives and more charm). I think a lot of people are also getting frustrated with Nintendo's hardware lacking so much of the design flair that made the Wii and 3DS so beloved, with all of the social features and little UI quirks, as consoles are selling themselves with technical specs instead of their unique character.

What would a new generation of SEGA hardware look like, would they key into fan love for the Dreamcast and take a charming approach to the design, or do you think they'd take the safe route and just make something that looks like a DVD player with a few exclusive games? Would they fill the gap and add a unique UI with weird little social features, and what could that look like in a modern home console? Could they pull off a modern handheld??
