Im new and need help T^T

Hello!! Okay so I’m a ’babygal’ (idk if you call it that, but I’ve seen other people call it that :3) and I don’t know where to start. I’ve just been in Japan, and I bought a lot of stuff that fits the Gyaru style (I’ve also seen a lot of gyarus!!! Ahhhh ><). But I’m still in school, and I think I will get kind of picked on if I dress in Gyaru. Also where do you buy clothes?? And what makeup do you use?? Because thoose questions I can’t find answers to. Also I think I won’t be able to pull of Gyaru…I lowkey think I’m ugly haha.
