QUESTIONS (from a starting animator)

HELLOOOO I am Hajoli! I don't know if this group is still active but I'm hoping it is, and I hope experienced animators are in this group because I need some assistance.... (Hajolimoli on YouTube), I just started animating and I learned from my friend (ALittle2Cheezy) and I would like to learn how to animate better, specifically I want my animations to be smoother. I have one video up and that's the first time I actually animated anything, and that's mostly there so I can have people look at it and give me tips.

THINGS I NEED HELP WITH:
Animating Smoother
HANDS.
I would like to learn how to TWEEN but if it'd be better to wait to learn to animate before tweening that's fine.

I use Toonsquid, which I don't know if animating sites are different.. because I've only used Toonsquid.

ANYWAYS THANK YOU THAT'S ALL FROM ME PLEASEEEEEEE SOMEONE RESPOND THIS IS THE ONLY SUCCESSFUL ANIMATING GROUP I'VE SEEN. :(

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TQtMaxSung <- This is something I refer back to pretty often, I think there's a lot of helpful tips throughout. I am technically not experienced but I am practicing and learning a lot, hence linking back to a lesson from a much more experienced animator. Breaking things down into simpler shapes helps a lot ! Especially for hands. And use reference use reference use reference. so important i had to say it three times. You can even record your own hand movement in the exact way you are imagining it, and then watch it back and work from that. Sorry I don't have much else to say, but this is what has helped me so far :)

also no you can start learning tweening right away, it's an important core concept in animation and you should practice it, no reason to put it off until later
