Offline video diaries can help process life experiences, for the better.

Show up for yourself.

Being seen as if your favourite person is watching or you're giving your future self a heart-to-heart talk.

See yourself for how you wish to be seen and not for what is wrong but for what is right.

They get you to appreciate yourself and value your own context without the projections of others.

When you have eventually overcome it all, you'll have a trove of meaningful stories to share or help others learn from.

It may take years.. but you will look back fondly with genuine value for yourself and nostalgia for the best you brought out of from what you had been through.

It will give you depth.. it will give you rareness..

Not everything has to be known, explained, nor shared, but it can be helpful for being your own therapist.

Spotting errors, addressing mistakes, by recovering instead of embodying those wounds.

But sometimes life is like a RogueLike and you have to just roll with it:

Emotional peg legs & all.
