How do I move my custom logo AND change the bell image? i dont know how to do either.

How do I move my custom logo? its somewhere u cant see right now and i want to have the bar on top and have the logo on it on the far left or right :) and also the codes ive tried to change the bell havent worked idk why. i did it exactly how they did, but with my link obviously. I only saw like one or two codes and no tutorials for the bell though for some reason.
