i hate how i cant find the right stuff

Hi I'm Ray, I'm a tsuyume/Mamba Gal,

And I cant just find the right eyepncil/right white color pallete because tell me why some are TOOOO creamy and others TOOO stiff???
PLEASE help me out here!! 
(my usual got taken out of the shops)
