Becoming other people

I have this recurring scenario where I kind of "wake up" in a reality in which I have to live someone else's life. Usually I get up, start getting dressed and find out that my appearence has changed. Most of the time I'm in a man's body (in real life I am a woman), and I've had all kinds of appearence: been fat, skinny, had every skin color... then I eat, go out to a party or to work and have to understand how to be this person, talk to the people in his life, be a boyfriend to someone, etc. I've even been a gay man and had a husband and we lived in a little appartment and loved each other very much.

I've taken it into analysis and think it doesn't necessarily relate to a hidden desire to be a man. I don't know where these scenarios come from.

Anyone else dreams that they are someone else?
