Old flip phone recommendations?

there are tons of cheap options!! you can look into buying one second hand, and there may be a chance that your parents or grandparents may just have one stuffed deep into their closet that you could use. local telecommunication stores usually also supply flip phones as well, usually for less than $100 :)

What region of the world do you live in? That will determine whether you can simply use an old phone, or have to purchase a new generation of flip phone.

Make sure wherever you live still has 2G/3G support if you want to use old phones. Personally I think investing in a keitai is more reliable in the long run as they can do 4G and still look stylish.

A friend got a Cat S22 and it's a modern phone so it works fine over 4G networks

it might help u to decide which phone u will get, and also, watch a LOT of reviews of the phone u want, and i reccomend u also see reviews in the Reddit community of ''dumbphones'' (https://www.reddit.com/r/dumbphones/).

If u want a fliphone, the asians ones are like, the best. If u want a Japanese flip phone, try searching with terms like ''Keitai' or ''携帯''

I recommend Motorola flip phones, they look cartoony and have fun colors and designs and they still can email and text and call (this all depends on service provider)

Keep in mind that these phones only work with a few services. And may cost a lot bc they are old

Korea has a wide flip phone market still so Korean flip phones are also a good choice for not to much money. But they won’t be English and you need to jailbreak them to use them in English territories like America and all of Europe. So if you don’t want to do the work to use them you might not wanna get one. (I personally wouldn’t lol)

Motorola is #1 for flip phones in my opinion bc they jus work and look cute
