Trying to remember gameplay of an interactive Undertale fangame I remember watching on YouTube

Here's what I can recall of this UT fangame that's eluded me:

• You're inside a room. Toriel is knocking on the door, begging for you, her child, to open the door of the room. Now, what you can do is analyse what the room has and then open the door, or you can use one of the items in said room to escape the room (there is a window at the top of the room you can escape from).
• If you open the door for Toriel, rather than getting a concerned motherly figure relieved you're coming to her, she's instead a nightmare-ish monstrosity. Nothing happens for the next few seconds, but then you get a loud jumpscare (presumably, she was a beast trying to kill you).

And that's all I can remember from this elusive fangame.

Does anyone know what fangame I am referring to, or have I gaslit myself into thinking it exists?
